- 1 character: 1x1 grid (one large cell).
- 2-4 characters: 2x2 grid. Text like "USER" (4 chars) will fill this perfectly.

Can I request custom graphics?
While we currently focus on creating and selling a wide range of over 400 high-quality template graphics, custom work may be available for individuals with a YouTube or Twitch audience. If you have an idea for a graphic not featured on our website, please feel free to send us a suggestion!
Can I change the text in my order after purchase?
- Before receiving your order: Contact us with your order number and the desired text change.
- After receiving your order: We can correct typos or spelling mistakes, but full word changes are not possible.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
Most orders are completed within 24 hours of purchase. Photoshop files, After Effects files, and select graphics are available instantly after checkout.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, please check the spam/junk folder of the email address used at checkout for an email from contact@woodpunchsgraphics.com. If you still can't find your order:
- Pending Payments: Occasionally, PayPal may place payments under review, which can take up to 24 hours. Echecks can take 7-10 business days to process.
- Order Status: Create an account on our website to view your order status.
Can I receive a copy of a previous order?
Yes! Please provide at least one of the following: order number, order contact email address, or PayPal transaction ID. Contact us with this information, and we will resend your order.
What happens if the text I want to use is too long?
All our graphics are designed to automatically scale your text for the best possible fit. We manually review all text fields to ensure they look perfect before sending your order.
