Can’t use it.

Hi!

I purchased this set of banners, but unfortunately I was unable to use them due to the size (too large). I almost immediately sent an email to ask if it was 1) possible to resize the banners (how?) and/or 2) if I could cancel the order. Unfortunately, neither question was answered.

Hence my 1 star.
