We've quadrupled the size of this rank pack from 20 ranks to 80 ranks. We've also significantly improved the design of each banner and increased the rank image size for increased clarity. The Photoshop file for every rank background color shown in the preview image has been included in the download. Each Photoshop file has been simplified and organized to make editing as easy as possible. We've also included the free font in the download.

Can I request custom graphics?
While we currently focus on creating and selling a wide range of over 400 high-quality template graphics, custom work may be available for individuals with a YouTube or Twitch audience. If you have an idea for a graphic not featured on our website, please feel free to send us a suggestion!
Can I change the text in my order after purchase?
- Before receiving your order: Contact us with your order number and the desired text change.
- After receiving your order: We can correct typos or spelling mistakes, but full word changes are not possible.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
Most orders are completed within 24 hours of purchase. Photoshop files, After Effects files, and select graphics are available instantly after checkout.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, please check the spam/junk folder of the email address used at checkout for an email from contact@woodpunchsgraphics.com. If you still can't find your order:
- Pending Payments: Occasionally, PayPal may place payments under review, which can take up to 24 hours. Echecks can take 7-10 business days to process.
- Order Status: Create an account on our website to view your order status.
Can I receive a copy of a previous order?
Yes! Please provide at least one of the following: order number, order contact email address, or PayPal transaction ID. Contact us with this information, and we will resend your order.
What happens if the text I want to use is too long?
All our graphics are designed to automatically scale your text for the best possible fit. We manually review all text fields to ensure they look perfect before sending your order.
I'm very satisfied with the purchase of these tags. I could download them straight away after purchase. The Photoshop file is easy to work with. They fit nicely on my website, and as the title already says they're very professional looking.

I purchased this set of banners, but unfortunately I was unable to use them due to the size (too large). I almost immediately sent an email to ask if it was 1) possible to resize the banners (how?) and/or 2) if I could cancel the order. Unfortunately, neither question was answered.
Hence my 1 star.
