Our shop specializes in premade templates. We aren't always available for full custom projects, but we can take on larger projects for established creators or communities. You can always send us a suggestion for a new template!

- Wait 15-30 Minutes: Allow time for generation and email delivery.
- Check Spam/Junk Folder: Look for an email from contact@woodpunchsgraphics.com.
- Check Order Status Page: You can view order status and sometimes access downloads directly via your account page.
- Payment Issues? PayPal reviews or eChecks can delay order processing.
- Still Missing? If it has been over an hour for personalized items and you've checked spam, contact us with your order number.
Can I get a copy of a previous order/download?
Yes. You need to provide your order number, order contact email address, or PayPal transaction ID and contact us to have your order resent.
What happens if the text I want to use is too long?
The graphics are designed to automatically scale your text for the best fit or break the text into multiple lines.
What software do I need for PSD or AEP files?
You need Adobe Photoshop for .PSD files and Adobe After Effects for .AEP files.
What file formats do I receive?
The file formats depend on the product and are displayed on each product's page.
- Animated Banners/PFPs: Four sizes of optimized GIFs
- Static Banners/Logos/PFPs: High-resolution PNGs (with transparency for logos).
- Editable Files: .PSD (Photoshop) or .AEP (After Effects) as specified.
- Icon/Shape Packs: Usually PNGs, sometimes PSD or CSH files are included.
