What kind of logo should I upload?
Upload the clearest, highest-resolution logo you have, ideally a PNG with a transparent background. A simple logo with good contrast works best. Avoid a tiny screenshot or a logo surrounded by a large empty canvas because the template has to scale the uploaded file into its designated area.
How will my uploaded logo be placed?
The product page preview shows the design, while the finished render places your logo within that template’s prepared composition. Placement, masking, shape, and animation vary by product. The upload is not a request for a new logo design or a custom layout.
Can I upload several logos or request a different logo arrangement?
These products are built around the upload field and arrangement shown on the listing. Use the single logo file requested by the form unless the product explicitly provides another option. A different arrangement, extra logo, or redesign would be custom work rather than a normal personalization change.
Will a wide or low-resolution logo still look good?
The renderer fits the uploaded logo to the template’s available space, so an unusually wide, tall, square, or low-resolution file may be reduced, padded, or look softer than the preview. Use a transparent, high-resolution file with the intended proportions whenever possible.

DISPPOINTED AND NOT SATISFIED!
Hi there,
I misunderstood the logo design…what I thought EMO head will be on the round white circle that’s why I measure it inside…which I find it now small …can you please make EMO head bigger which is the same as the image below?
Notice also that the font from left and right is not the same sizes or equals? Also the word PERSONALITY is wrong spelling? PESONALITY?
Im very sure a lot of our living.ai community forum members will love this signature if they saw it…and of course gonna gave them where I got it.
