We've upgraded this rank pack from 32 ranks to 80 rank images. We also improved the design of each image and increased the rank image size for increased clarity. The Photoshop file for every rank color shown in the preview image is included in the download. Each PSD file has been simplified and organized to make editing as easy as possible, even for inexperienced users. Every element of the rank image can be customized to fit your needs. We've also included the font in the download so you can start editing right away.

Can I request custom graphics?
We specialize in high-quality premade templates for instant customization! While we don't typically take on full custom projects, work may be possible for established creators or larger communities. Have an idea for a new template? We'd love to hear it! Please send us a suggestion.
Can I change the text in my order after purchase?
- Before receiving your order: Contact us with your order number and the desired text change.
- After receiving your order: We can correct typos or spelling mistakes, but full word changes are not possible.
How fast will I receive my order?
Lightning fast! Our automated system gets to work right away: Personalized Graphics (Banners, Logos, PFPs etc.): Delivered to your email, usually within 1-15 minutes of your order being paid. Instant Downloads (PSD, AEP, Icon Packs, Shapes): Download links are available immediately and are emailed to you right after checkout. Order processing relies on payment confirmation. E-checks or payment reviews (e.g., by PayPal) can delay the start of the process.
I haven't received my order email. What should I do?
Most personalized graphics arrive within 15 minutes. Instant downloads are available right after checkout.
- Wait 15-30 Minutes: Allow a short time for generation and email delivery, especially during peak times.
- Check Spam/Junk Folder: Look for an email from contact@woodpunchsgraphics.com.
- Check Order Status Page: You can view order status and sometimes access downloads directly via your account page.
- Payment Issues? PayPal reviews or eChecks can delay order processing (up to 24 hours for reviews, 7-10 days for eChecks).
- Still Missing? If it's been over an hour (for personalized items) and you've checked spam, please contact us with your order number.
Can I get a copy of a previous order/download?
Yes! Please provide at least one of the following: order number, order contact email address, or PayPal transaction ID. Contact us with this information, and we will resend your order.
What happens if the text I want to use is too long?
All our graphics are designed to automatically scale your text for the best possible fit, or break the text into multiple lines (if there are multiple words) the results are as perfect as possible
What software do I need for PSD or AEP files?
- To edit .PSD files, you need Adobe Photoshop.
- To edit .AEP files, you need Adobe After Effects.
What file formats do I receive?
This depends on the product. Each product displays its file formats on its product page.
- Animated Banners/PFPs: Four sizes of optimized GIFs
- Static Banners/Logos/PFPs: High-resolution PNGs (with transparency for logos).
- Editable Files: .PSD (Photoshop) or .AEP (After Effects) as specified.
- Icon/Shape Packs: Usually PNGs, sometimes PSD or CSH files included.
