Animated Minecraft Factions Server Banners

On a factions server, your banner is often the first thing a player sees on a server list, so it has to stand out in one loop. These animated 468 × 60 GIF banners are made for factions, HCF and PvP servers, and each one arrives with your server name and details added.

Rainbow Explosion

Bright splash-potion particles burst across a dark background, which keeps the colors readable at banner size. It suits PvP and minigame-style factions servers. See Rainbow Explosion.

TNT Cannon

TNT blocks fly across the banner and explode, revealing a new text slot with each blast. It is a natural fit for raiding-focused factions servers. See TNT Cannon.

Our original 2016 list also included Bow Battle, Treasure Fountain and Clash, which have since been retired. These current designs are the closest match for a factions server:

What Makes a Good Factions Banner

• Readable at a glance

Keep the server name large and give the IP its own slide.

• A clear theme

TNT, swords and fire tell players it is a combat server before they read a word.

• A light file

Server lists cap banner file sizes, so a short loop with a limited palette loads fastest.
