What kind of logo should I upload?

How will my uploaded logo be placed?

Can I upload several logos or request a different logo arrangement?

Will a wide or low-resolution logo still look good?
The renderer fits the uploaded logo to the template’s available space, so an unusually wide, tall, square, or low-resolution file may be reduced, padded, or look softer than the preview. Use a transparent, high-resolution file with the intended proportions whenever possible.

Hi there,
I misunderstood the logo design…what I thought EMO head will be on the round white circle that’s why I measure it inside…which I find it now small …can you please make EMO head bigger which is the same as the image below?
Notice also that the font from left and right is not the same sizes or equals? Also the word PERSONALITY is wrong spelling? PESONALITY?
Im very sure a lot of our living.ai community forum members will love this signature if they saw it…and of course gonna gave them where I got it.

This banner has a really nice color scheme which is good. I really like the add your own logo banners because it gives your banner more uniqueness over the the non add your own logo ones. Also like the animation +++++

Use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest result. Any solid background in the uploaded image will remain visible in the finished banner.
Its a good template, but bad customer support
I sent them an email about wanting to change some texts, but they didnt change it or contact me back at all. The template is just as you would expect it to be but they wont help you after you order

Well you get the products in time and as expected but they won't help you with any changes at all once you done.
i changed my ip and needed it changed on my banner aswell and they regret to help you and i had to pay $19.99 again to just get the change done. And for the last part their customer support takes ages to reply if they even reply's at all..
