This is a digital product. What information should I have ready for a personalized server banner?

Is this a custom design made from scratch for my server?

Scam

Never received tge product. Seller wants to deliver in minutes or even seconds. But nothing happend. Seller also didn't responded. Thankfully to PayPal my money back.
