Kinetype Discord PFP

Common Questions

When will I receive my digital order?

Personalized graphics such as banners, logos, and profile graphics are usually delivered to the email on your order within 1–15 minutes after payment is confirmed. Instant downloads are available immediately after checkout. PayPal payment reviews and e-checks can delay when processing starts; no physical item is shipped.

What should I do if my email or download has not arrived?

Wait 15–30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder for an email from contact@woodpunchsgraphics.com, and check the order-status page or your account for download access. If a personalized order is still missing after about an hour, contact us with your order number. Payment reviews can delay processing.

Can I fix a typo or change my text after I order?

Review every field before adding the product to your cart. If you catch a mistake before delivery, contact us promptly with the order number and corrected text. We can often help with a spelling or typo correction, but a full wording change, new design direction, or post-delivery redesign is not included and may require a new order.

What exactly is included with this product?

This is a digital product. The product page’s Graphic information, file-format highlights, selected variant, and options are the source of truth for the files, dimensions, animation, editable sources, and software requirements. If a PSD, AEP, CSH, or other source file is not explicitly listed for your selected option, assume you are receiving the finished digital output only.

What files do I receive for a Discord profile picture or server icon?

Current personalized designs in this family provide a square PNG plus animated GIF and MP4 files when the listing includes the animated option. The product page’s selected variant and file-format information determine the exact files delivered.

Do I need Discord Nitro to use the animated version?

Discord’s animated profile-picture and server-icon features require the applicable Nitro or server eligibility. Without that eligibility, use the supplied PNG as the static version. The GIF and MP4 remain useful for supported Discord surfaces and previews.

Will the animation be obvious when the image is small in Discord?

The design is prepared for a square Discord canvas, but the amount of visible motion varies by template. Some designs use restrained motion or effects that are easier to appreciate in the full-size preview than in a small avatar. The static PNG is included for a crisp non-animated option.

How should I choose the name or initials for the design?

Use the exact text field shown on the product page and keep it concise. The layout scales the text to fit, so a long server or channel name may become smaller or wrap across lines. Check capitalization and spelling before adding the product to your cart.

Can I use the finished file as both a profile picture and a server icon?

The square files can be used in Discord’s profile-picture or server-icon settings when they meet Discord’s current eligibility requirements. The same artwork is not a substitute for a Discord profile banner or invite background, which use different dimensions and settings.
