We can often help with a spelling or typo correction, but a full wording change, new design direction, or post-delivery redesign is not included and may require a new order.
What exactly is included with this product?
This is a digital product. The product page’s Graphic information, file-format highlights, selected variant, and options are the source of truth for the files, dimensions, animation, editable sources, and software requirements. If a PSD, AEP, CSH, or other source file is not explicitly listed for your selected option, assume you are receiving the finished digital output only.
What is included in a forum rank banner pack?
Pack contents vary. The product page shows the number of rank banners, styles, dimensions, included formats, and any included font, guide, or editable files for that pack. Use that listing as the source of truth rather than assuming every pack contains the same set.
Are the PNG files ready to upload?
Yes, the finished transparent PNGs are intended for forum software such as Enjin, XenForo, and similar communities when the listed dimensions fit your setup. Upload them through your forum’s rank or user-group settings.
What does the Photoshop option include?
Some packs offer a Not Included or Included Photoshop File variant. The selected variant determines whether you receive a PSD; Photoshop is required to edit it. Check the listing description for what the PSD contains instead of assuming every color or rank has a separate fully editable file.
Can I edit every rank, color, or word in the pack?
Only the files and layers described by the selected product or Photoshop option are editable. Premade PNGs are finished images. A PSD may contain a limited selection of editable artwork, so review the included-file description before buying for customization.
Can I resize the banners for my forum?
