Common Questions

When will I receive my digital order?

Personalized graphics such as banners, logos, and profile graphics are usually delivered to the email on your order within 1–15 minutes after payment is confirmed. Instant downloads are available immediately after checkout. PayPal payment reviews and e-checks can delay when processing starts; no physical item is shipped.

What should I do if my email or download has not arrived?

Wait 15–30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder for an email from contact@woodpunchsgraphics.com, and check the order-status page or your account for download access. If a personalized order is still missing after about an hour, contact us with your order number. Payment reviews can delay processing.

Can I fix a typo or change my text after I order?

Review every field before adding the product to your cart. If you catch a mistake before delivery, contact us promptly with the order number and corrected text. We can often help with a spelling or typo correction, but a full wording change, new design direction, or post-delivery redesign is not included and may require a new order.

What exactly is included with this product?

This is a digital product. The product page’s Graphic information, file-format highlights, selected variant, and options are the source of truth for the files, dimensions, animation, editable sources, and software requirements. If a PSD, AEP, CSH, or other source file is not explicitly listed for your selected option, assume you are receiving the finished digital output only.

How many icons and what formats are included?

The count and file formats vary by pack. The product page lists the exact number of transparent PNG icons and any PSD or other source option. For example, the Sleek pack lists 348 icons; use each listing’s own count as the authoritative one.

Where can I use these webstore icons?

These packs are intended for Minecraft webstores such as Tebex or Buycraft-style storefronts. The transparent PNGs are ready to upload as package or product icons; check the webstore’s own dimension and file-size rules.

Is the Photoshop file included?

Each pack offers the Photoshop File choice shown in its variants. Select Included only when you want the PSD and need Adobe Photoshop; select Not Included when the finished PNGs are all you need.

Does the PSD let me edit every icon?

Do not assume that a PSD option contains every icon as a separate editable text or layer. The listing’s included-file description controls what is editable. If you need a particular icon or layer structure, verify that detail before checkout.

Are these the same as Discord role icons?

No. Webstore icon packs are organized for shop packages and products. Discord role icons are a separate product family with Discord-specific sizes and usage.

Spectacular

I spent days searching the web for good graphics for my minecraft server website, and when I came across a HUGE library of fairly cheap items I just had to have them! Thanks so much WoodPunch!

My Review.

Well, the things are great overall. But why are there not dual pickaxes? And the gray is unnecessary, other colors would be nice like neon green.

Incomplete set?

The website says the PSD file is included but there are only 4 or 5 icons in the psd, and no text layers. So theres no way to alter the icons to fit my needs exactly the way I had hoped. The pack is still good, well made icons that have excellent colors. I do wish I could get a complete pad file though.
