Common Questions

When will I receive my digital order?

Personalized graphics such as banners, logos, and profile graphics are usually delivered to the email on your order within 1–15 minutes after payment is confirmed. Instant downloads are available immediately after checkout. PayPal payment reviews and e-checks can delay when processing starts; no physical item is shipped.

What should I do if my email or download has not arrived?

Wait 15–30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder for an email from contact@woodpunchsgraphics.com, and check the order-status page or your account for download access. If a personalized order is still missing after about an hour, contact us with your order number. Payment reviews can delay processing.

Can I fix a typo or change my text after I order?

Review every field before adding the product to your cart. If you catch a mistake before delivery, contact us promptly with the order number and corrected text. We can often help with a spelling or typo correction, but a full wording change, new design direction, or post-delivery redesign is not included and may require a new order.

What exactly is included with this product?

This is a digital product. The product page’s Graphic information, file-format highlights, selected variant, and options are the source of truth for the files, dimensions, animation, editable sources, and software requirements. If a PSD, AEP, CSH, or other source file is not explicitly listed for your selected option, assume you are receiving the finished digital output only.

What information should I have ready for a personalized server banner?

Most personalized server banners use a server name, IP or address, and one or more additional text fields. The product form shows the exact fields for that design. Enter the final spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and address carefully because the template will use the values you submit.

Which file-size version should I use on my server list?

Use the dimensions and optimized file-size versions shown on the product page, then choose the largest version that stays under your target server-list or voting-site limit. Different sites impose different limits, and a version that works on one site can be rejected on another.

Will my text stay readable in the animation?

The Graphics Maker layout automatically scales text to fit and can break longer multi-word text across lines. Short, clear wording is still the safest choice: very long values have to become smaller, and animated timing varies by design.

Can I buy an editable After Effects version instead of a finished banner?

Only a product or variant explicitly labeled as an After Effects project or source file includes an editable AEP. Those files require Adobe After Effects and any plugins named on the listing. Standard personalized banner options deliver the finished digital files and do not require Adobe software.

Is this a custom design made from scratch for my server?

These are professionally designed premade templates that are personalized with the fields and options shown on the product page. The layout, animation, and available colors belong to the selected design. Full custom commissions, new layouts, and arbitrary font or animation changes are not part of a normal purchase.

Top quality graphics but too big for some sites.

I like the graphics they're attractive and well made. But when I bought them I had no idea I was going to be faced with a new issue. Some sites limit the size of the banner you can upload. For example Planet minecraft 350kb. Medieval is 2.6mb and Sands is 1.1mb, I can only manage to shrink these by 30 to 40%, not enough to actually use on main sites.
