Crowncore Live Privacy and Data Deletion

What Crowncore Live processes

Crowncore Live uses YouTube Data API v3 to operate interactive livestreams. During a stream it may transiently process your YouTube channel identifier, display name, live-chat message, event type, and timestamp. YouTube may also provide membership, gift, or paid-message event metadata when those features are available.

Raw chat text is discarded after command parsing. Before durable storage, channel identifiers are converted to keyed pseudonyms. A persistent gameplay profile is stored only after you send JOIN. Session-only attribution may be used for an event you trigger without creating a persistent profile.

Why it is used

Data is used only to execute chat commands, attribute in-game actions and XP, preserve consented progression, prevent duplicate or abusive events, secure the service, and operate or troubleshoot the livestream. Crowncore Live does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising.

Retention and service providers

API-derived event ledgers and operational records are pruned within 30 days. Rehearsal recordings are retained for no more than seven days. A consented gameplay profile remains until you request deletion. The service runs on Microsoft Azure; Google and YouTube process data under their own terms. OAuth credentials are kept in Azure Key Vault and are not exposed to the game renderer.

Your choices and deletion

Send forgetme in Crowncore live chat to delete your Crowncore profile and associated stored identifiers. If no stream is active, use the store contact form and include your YouTube channel URL so the request can be verified. You can also revoke Crowncore access at Google Account permissions; revocation triggers deletion of YouTube-derived Crowncore data.
